Step 4: Calculate GST
To calculate 15% GST:
- Add up all line items = Subtotal
- Multiply subtotal by 0.15 = GST amount
- Add subtotal + GST = Total
Subtotal: $1,880
GST (15%): $1,880 × 0.15 = $282
Total: $1,880 + $282 = $2,162
