Step 4: Calculate GST

To calculate 15% GST:

  1. Add up all line items = Subtotal
  2. Multiply subtotal by 0.15 = GST amount
  3. Add subtotal + GST = Total
Example:

Subtotal: $1,880
GST (15%): $1,880 × 0.15 = $282
Total: $1,880 + $282 = $2,162

Or use a calculator: [Subtotal] × 1.15 = [Total including GST]
